Coaching + Emerging Leaders: Keys to Leadership Success
Personalize your leadership journey with one-on-one executive coaching and assessments focused on leadership success. The package is ideal for current team leaders, those who have been a manager for two years or less, or any high-potential employee who is on track to move into management.
Prior to working with your executive coach, participants will complete the Everything DiSC for Management® Profile and the Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI®), a self-assessment based on the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® model. Utilizing these assessment results, participants will gain an understanding of the connection between key leadership skills and their level of knowledge to increase their effectiveness as powerful communicators, productive team members, and inspiring leaders.
The package includes three 1-hour coaching sessions that allow the participant and coach to target the areas of interest and concern. During these sessions participant and coach will review the assessment results, explore leadership best practices, and create an action plan to improve leadership skills. Subsequent sessions will focus on the successes and challenges, review the action plan that was implemented, and collaborate to refine the plan moving forward.
Personal insight and accountability are a central part of this package. From the insight gained from the assessments and the support of the executive coach, participants will learn about their own behavior and how they come across to others as they enhance their leadership and management styles. Additional coaching hours can be purchased as needed.

The assessments helped me identify my blind spots and how I can become more self-aware of my impact on others. I also learned that others don’t necessarily share my same perspective and that there is value in the perspectives of others.
