Leadership Essentials - Keys to Success
Leadership Essentials is a leadership program to establish the core principles of effectiveness for managers and leaders while building on your organization’s values. The course offers flexibility with duration and content to meet the needs of your organization. Three popular assessments of focus are the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), Supervisory Leadership assessment and Communication Skills utilizing the Everything DiSC Management assessment.
The LPI® self-assessment tool is designed to help individuals measure their leadership competencies, while guiding them through a process of applying the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® model to real-life organizational challenges. Participants receive a score for each of the Five LPI behaviors which provides insights on their strengths and areas of growth opportunities. The Supervisory and Everything DiSC Management assessments will provide additional insights on their leadership and communication preferences. Based on these findings, participants will create a Development Plan to increase their effectiveness as leaders and improve their leadership fundamentals.
