This Goal Setting course has been developed to provide managers with a step-by-step blueprint for creating and implementing individual and organizational goals that work, increase success, and drive the business.

Participants will be able to expand their awareness of the importance of goals for themselves and their direct reports, how to write a “SMART” or “STRONG” goal and learn implementation strategies to increase and enhance their success. During the program participants will be able to practice developing their goals, getting feedback from their peers and practice having a goal conversation with their direct reports.
