Course description
Emotional Intelligence
EQ is all the buzz in organizations today. Emotional intelligence in practical terms means being aware that emotions can drive our behavior and impact people (positively and negatively), and learning how to manage those emotions – both our own and others – especially when we are under pressure.
What’s your EQ score? This workshop will define and provide understanding of the mechanics of emotional intelligence. Participants will discover their current EQ score from a pre-work assessment. They will also explore the tools and skills to increase and expand their EQ for greater success and improved communication skills in the workplace. Through a variety of highly interactive exercises and activities, the participants will build and enhance their EQ skills, leaving the workshop with new skills they can put into action immediately.
