Course description
Transitioning from being an individual contributor to a leader requires a change in approach to how work gets done and how new leaders need to interact with their direct reports, peers and manager. New leaders need to shift from doing to delegating which is significantly challenging for many.
In this experiential session, participants will explore some of those differences and learn the tips, tools and techniques for getting greater productivity from themself and those they influence. This workshop can be combined with other programs to create a Management Learning Journey Series.
