Working Across Cultures
Organizations large, medium and small are doing business globally in the 21st century. In order to compete, companies are focused on equipping their people with the tools to successfully operate cross-culturally by increasing their understanding of the cultural differences that exist and learning to adjust their approach in communication.
In this highly interactive workshop we will explore the importance of working across cultures to maximize the organization’s ability to be successful. This will be accomplished by large and small group exercises and activities along with reflection. Attendees will leave the session with an action plan that can be implemented immediately back in the workplace.
