The Gift of Feedback: Giving and Receiving
What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear the word Feedback? Ugh? If you are like most people, it’s not a positive response. As a recipient of feedback, we feel like we have to defend our actions or explain them. When we begin to think about feedback as an opportunity for growth and welcome it, you could change your perception around feedback.
In this highly interactive session, participants will be introduced to “Do’s and Don’ts” for effectively engaging in a feedback conversation. Through a variety of exercises and activities, the participants will build and enhance their giving and receiving feedback skills. The workshop will provide an opportunity to actively participate and role play real life scenarios and learn new techniques for giving and receiving feedback. Participants will leave with new skills they can put into action immediately.
