High Potential Leaders Series
The High Potential Leaders Series is designed as six half-day, professional development sessions for those identified as “High Potentials” in their organization. By participating in this offering, participants will gain foundation skills to increase their effectiveness and help prepare them in the core skills needed as new leaders. It is a customizable program that allows the organization to include the topics most relevant to their goals and culture. Topics often included are transitioning from a peer to a supervisor/leader, characteristics of a good leader, effective communication, meeting effectiveness, conflict resolution/management, coaching individuals and decision making.
The High Potential Leader Series utilizes an experienced facilitator to provide knowledge nuggets, insights and application opportunities to increase participants’ effectiveness in influencing and leading others. The custom designed program will utilize the following delivery methods:
- Pre workshop Assessment – Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI-IC)
- Kick Off Meeting
- Learning Forum – six monthly, half-day sessions
- One Individual Tele-coaching session (mid-way through)
- End of program evaluation – Assessing Individual Performance
