The three step process to managing the conversations was great.
It's helpful to have specific examples of using techniques in practical situation and the materials and takeaways are great because I can reference them in the future.
The practice portion was incredibly helpful and it was amazing to watch my colleague succed in the main exercise. Sometimes seeing someone else do it so well is incredibly helpful
