Women Leaders and the Gender Double Bind 

Women leaders and team members in the workplace often have to choose between being liked but not respected, or being respected but not liked. When this occurs, women face multifaceted political dynamics that don’t affect men.

This interactive training highlights how implicit gender bias affects relationships in the workplace and has a marked impact on talent retention and growth. Participants engage in high-energy and thought-provoking improvisational exercises that challenge their self-awareness and allow them to reflect on how their own bias impacts their team and organization. This workshop experience is for leaders, executives and all team members.
