Strategic HR Management Skills
HR Managers, Business Partners and Associates serve a variety of functions in the workplace. They have the unique challenge of needing to know their field while at the same time understanding and supporting the businesses and organizations in which they serve. Few other organizational roles face such a demanding need for skills, knowledge and professionalism.
In this program, HR Professionals learn how to be consultants to their organizations, using HR knowledge and best practices to lift the performance of people in their businesses.
This program is as a three- or four-day workshop for intact HR professionals.
