Positive Culture Academy
The purpose of the Positive Culture Academy (PCA) is to help organizations develop a (more) positive culture so that both people and performance can thrive.
Positive organizations are agile, more innovative, competitive, collaborative, and productive - as research and practice show.
Training, coaching, consulting, assessment
The PCA offers online and onsite training, coaching, consulting, and culture assessments to leaders, middle managers, supervisors, team members, consultants, HR professionals, and everyone who collaborates with others.
PCA founders Marcella Bremer MScBA and Marcel Lamers MSc have over 20 years of international experience in the field of organizational culture, change, and positive leadership.

We offer the validated Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (© Kim Cameron) online, publish the Leadership & Change Magazine blog, and provide training, coaching, and consulting via the Positive Culture Academy.
