Implement the Principles to Create a Team Culture that is Highly Effective and Productive
This course shows individuals how to become better teammates by integrating the cohesive teamwork model described in Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”. Participants do not need to be part of the same team to attend. Each participant will receive a Five Behaviors® Personal Development Profile and create an action plan to enhance each level in the teamwork model:

- Commit to Decisions
- Hold one Another Accountable
- Focus on Achieving Collective Results
