My experience in the Foundations of Leadership program has been outstanding.I can learn how to better work with my managers and manage to their personalities.

For the benefit of the organization, if I’m working better with my managers they in turn will be working better with their direct reports and I think we will have an increase in productivity and a much happier work environment.

The eye opening portion of the class to me was really how to manage other personality types based upon the DiSC profile and I found it very very interesting and I think it will be very helpful going forward.

The benefit from the tools that come with the course really and the reinforcement portion of that is like anything habits good and/or bad are developed over time the reinforcement that we get with the program and the tools going forward help us reinforce these new habits that we’re looking to develop in a good way. Therefore they should become part of our everyday management going forward if we use them properly.

I would absolutely recommend the Foundations of Leadership program to others, I think it’s a worthwhile course that will help all young managers or seasoned managers learn how to better work within their teams and their groups.
