Foundations of Leadership continues to be a phenomenal program that we use internally within our company. To date, 93% of participants have indicated that this was the best course that they have ever taken or superior to other programs.

Since 2012 we’ve had over 1,500 leaders go through our Foundations of Leadership Program and it has been an excellent program. We continue to get great feedback.

One of the biggest benefits we’ve seen from our Leadership programs is that the programs have really provided a common denominator of what is expected of individuals as leaders throughout our organization.

The experience for participants is incredibly engaging – so this is not a boring class. Participants are often times up and moving and interacting with others.

Our leadership programs don’t end when the in-person training ends. There are actually several reinforcement activities that happen after the classroom training. So some of the biggest are one-hour webinars that are provided for participants 1 month and 6 months after the training program that happens in person.

This leadership program has been a huge success and a win for our organization. The leadership course has been wonderful and we continually get excellent feedback from our participants that go through the program, from supervisors up to executives and for leaders that have been a leader for maybe two months all the way up to 20+ years.
