I think this is an excellent course, most particularly for those that are new to management or maybe feeling that they need a little bit of a confidence boost in their management skills. So it’s not only giving practical advise but it’s giving you great lexicon for people to go back and be able to talk about best practices and management in their institutions and organizations because that’s really what makes a difference when we have that dialogue when we go back to our day jobs.

Particularly the reinforcement tools make it much more likely that there is going to be lasting change and that people can use these tools to actually advance their careers and to meet their own particular goals, whatever it may be about managing and leading people.

I am a proponent of people trying to experience as many different perspectives on management and leadership as they can possibly do and I think this one is very high quality, very well organized.
