My experience with the Foundations of Leadership program has been fantastic. I have found the content to be really relevant and the class it self has been really interactive.  It’s a nice blended approach of discussion, activity and video and it’s incredibly immersive.  So we’ll learn something and it’s not long before we’re doing it and learning from it. Which is the best way to then take it back to our organization and apply it.

I am very closely involved with employee development that is individual contributors and also leadership and what we’re talking about here today I can take back to the coaching sessions I do with our employees and our leaders. I can take back to the training that we do, and it will not only help me apply the principals today to my own team and their development but also to the leadership at SAP in helping their employees grow.

The benefit of the reinforcement tools and profiles is, it makes it very close to home, you are learning what your styles are, some times we have blind spots about what our tendencies tend to be, what our style might be, and this puts it all in front of us and lets us know what we might be very good at and areas that we can afford to grow and that kind of self awareness is really huge if your going to develop yourself to then help develop others.

The reinforcement tools are really helpful moving forward because they are incredibly relevant. No matter what organization you work with, the size of the organization, or what your role is, these are tools that can be applied to every employee, to every leader no matter the industry or business for continuous improvement and learning.

I would absolutely recommend this course to others.
