During this course participants tap into their creative side while learning how to identify and implement new opportunities. The course focuses on driving strategic business objectives and growing market share for your organization.

- Individual contributors ready to move into first-level leader role (e.g., team leader, supervisor, manager, project manager, etc.)
- Newly hired first-line leader with 0-4 years of experience and/or no formal training
- Existing first-level leader with up to 4 years of first-line experience wishing to gain new skills/knowledge or sharpen current skills.
