AMA Women's Leadership Center (WLC) Showcase
The AMA Women’s Leadership Center (WLC) supports organizations in developing current and future women leaders through community building and meaningful education. When launching your women’s leadership initiative, it is important to set clear goals, understand the initiative’s purpose, and communicate clear expectations that everyone can understand and get behind.
Attend this working session and begin to develop a purpose statement specific to your goals and your organization’s mission and values. You’ll also understand how the AMA Women’s Leadership Center (WLC) partners with organizations to deliver development plans and educational resources that align to your people’s needs.
