Ideal Customer Profile
Successfully identifying new opportunities begins with a clear vision of the ideal customer profile (ICP). This module will walk participants through the process of creating the ideal customer profile, including determining what problems their solution can address and what questions they will need to answer in order to determine the degree to which a give prospect may have and care about these problems. This becomes the foundation for an effective prospecting program.
