Gathering Information

In today's environment, decision makers do not want to talk to a sales person to help them figure out whether or not they should be talking with the sales person. Salespeople often fail to secure appointments with targeted contacts because they simply don't have enough information to know if and how they can help the decision maker they are contacting.
