Advanced Trainer Skills For Contact-Professional Instructors
This course trains trainers how to effectively train contact professionals in verbal and physical psychomotor skills. This is not a course on how to just “present” didactic material in a classroom setting.
Advanced Trainer Skills For Contact-Professional Instructors is an advanced training program for any Vistelar-certified instructor. In addition, any other trainer who wants to get better at teaching contact professionals their own conflict management and physical alternatives content will benefit from the content of this course.
This training will provide students with an understanding and working knowledge of a learning taxonomy that will enable them to teach cognitive issues, hands-on skill development, and develop and conduct teaching and testing scenarios. The course will culminate in a level of proficiency that will enable the safe, effective, and legal application of an organization’s policies and procedures related to the functions of their contact professionals.
Throughout this course, students will demonstrate the ability to utilize the adult learning theory in competency-based instruction and maintain a positive learning environment.
