Leadership Coaching and Team Facilitation for Enabling Innovation

Our lead consultant for leadership coaching and team facilitation services is William C. Miller, an internationally-recognized expert on Conscious Innovation. He has decades of experience in coaching and facilitating technology-based leaders and teams through the lens of “enabling innovation” - doing things that are new, better, easier, or different, and achieving a positive benefit.
He has consulted in countries as diverse as India, Singapore, France, Canada, and the USA. His clients have included corporations such as:
AT&T, Charles Schwab, Marion Merrill Dow, Eli Lilly, HP, Infosys, Levi Strauss, L&T Technology Services, Motorola, Procter & Gamble, and 3M.
William is a Co-founder and Director of Values Centered Innovation and previously was Head of the Innovation Management program at the Stanford Research Institute. Two of his five books on corporate innovation have been rated among the top 30 business books of the year in the USA by Executive Book Summaries. William has also been a guest faculty member at Stanford University’s graduate school of business.
