The APICS Lean Enterprise Workshop Series is a detailed seven-workshop study of the lean principles that organisations need to meet the demand of today’s manufacturing and service environments.
Through this comprehensive five-day course participants will develop their expertise in lean principles and how to successfully implement lean project plans and lean culture at their organisations.
