Our Program For Practicing Coaches seeking to earn an ICF Credential
What is your personal vision as coach? In what ways does that vision include confidence to demonstrate ICF core competence, mastery of the coaching mindset, ease in partnering and expressing your unique artistry? How aligned is your current coaching practice with your vision?
Built upon our excellent ICF-ACTP Certified Generative Coach program curriculum, our Credentialed Coach Pathway Program is offered for individuals who are already practicing as professional coaches and want to gain higher proficiency and knowledge for the ICF Core Competency model.
THE CCP CURRICULUM
This program strengthens your professional coaching demonstration. The curriculum focuses on development in the 11 Core Competencies defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition, you are introduced to our trademark Generative Coaching principles. These are incorporated as a unique way for you to apply the core competencies with clients who are seeking conscious choice and sustained change in their lives.
For you to be effective as a professional coach, this program develops a highly refined communicating and relating skill set and mindset. When applied consistently and artfully the value to your clients results from your commitment to partner on the client’s behalf, and must fully with the whole, resourceful and creative core of the person.
Through practice, experimentation, feedback and developmental mentor coaching you learn to witness generative moments occur for your clients. Within a highly collegial and collaborative environment, you learn to facilitate and navigate any type of coaching session, and a coaching relationship over time. When you reach completion of the program, you are confidently competent assisting your clients to achieve sustainable change.

Training content
- Enhance confidence and competence with application of the ICF Core Competency model in your coaching.
- Cultivate an inner coach awareness who can recognize coach behaviors and skills being demonstrated spontaneously and through reflection practices.
- Perceive at simultaneous and multiple dimensions of perception in order to achieve artfulness for building client awareness.
- Discover best practices for generative coaching and weave learning into a structured coach development plan to accelerate your growth.
- Practice with peers for integration of the ICF Core Competency knowledge and skill set for to the PCC level of competency demonstration.
- Explore and practice a foundational level of application for the inviteCHANGE, Generative Coaching principles for clients to sustain change.
- Build confidence in your coaching knowledge by completing a written examination of the ICF Core Competency model and Generative Coaching principles.
- Anchor skills and styles that are already your strengths and incorporate them more fully into your unique artistry and style as coach.
- Identify and access your next horizon of skill expansion through incorporating first-hand observation of your coaching by Certified Mentor Coaches.
