Course description
Problem Solving and Decision Making
Utilizing lecture, group exercises, and roleplaying, participants will learn to use information effectively when solving problems and making decisions. Emphasis will be on Examining, interpreting, and interpreting information to understand its meaning and implication; Understanding the linkages between details and the big picture; Evaluating the conflicting information; Establishing and implementing an action plan to accomplish specific objectives regarding problems or conflicts.
