Effective Meeting Faciliation
This one-day Effective Meeting Facilitation course is designed to teach participants the tools and techniques needed to successfully facilitate different types of meetings. Participants will be given a checklist for assessing meeting effectiveness and will be introduced to the following topics:
- Group development stages and dynamics
- Matching leadership style to the stage of the group
- Using communication styles that encourage participation
- Handling conflict and difficult behaviors
