Training content
- Apply the Lean Six Sigma methodology, DMAIC (Define- Measure-Analyze- Improve- Control)
- Analyze data to identify root causes
- Implement a solution and control plan to ensure the improved process is carried out consistently
- Ability to apply key elements of design thinking, change management, and project management to address select organizational challenges or opportunities.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a current organization project into the course in order to directly apply the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Identifying a current project will enable participant organizations to enjoy immediate benefits. In fact, research states that for every dollar invested in Lean Six Sigma there is a resulting two dollars added to the bottom line.
Course delivery details
The program has 2 phases:
- Phase I - Yellow Belt is to be completed remotely prior to the program start date
- Phase II - Green Belt is to be completed in-person at Terry Executive Education Center
3475 Lenox Road, Atlanta, GA 30326. For those who wish to attend this program remotely, it will be live-streamed for registered participants.

- Green Belt Statistics
- Green Belt Measure, Analyze, Improve, & Control
- Green Belt Lean Application
- Green Belt Project Management
Costs
The fee is $3,450 (USD), which includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks, parking fee and course materials.
Certification / Credits
You will earn a Green Belt Certification from Terry College of Business upon successfully completing the program.
