Productive Conflict helps participants improve self-awareness around conflict behaviors. Rather than focus on a step-by-step process for conflict resolution, this workshop uses the Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict profile to provide you with techniques that curb destructive behaviors and expand effective responses to conflict situations.

Course Outline
Using comprehensive videos that reflect conflict, discussion, and focused facilitation, this half-day workshop guides you through an exploration of:
- Your DiSC® Style in Conflict: Explore your DiSC® style and learn how to interact in conflict with people with different DiSC® styles.
- Destructive Responses: Dissect common destructive responses to conflict and why you and others might react this way. This valuable information may also relate to conflict in non-work settings.
- Response Changing: You practice stepping back from and reframing unhealthy thought patterns, allowing you to choose more productive responses to conflict.
