Course description

Learning and development (L&D) professionals are consistently pressured to prove the value of their training programs, but many don’t know where to start.

Approaching assessment can be intimidating, but the Measuring the Impact of L&D Certificate is here to simplify the world of program evaluation. This course will equip you with a toolbox of evaluation strategies, as well as the expertise to match your evaluation to your specific program.

In this course, you will learn about Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation and take a deep dive into two additional approaches for evaluation: return on investment (ROI) analysis and transfer climate analysis. After covering each of these evaluation methods, you will learn when each is most appropriate, how and when to gather or measure your data, how to conduct data analysis, how to interpret your data, and how to report your results.

This virtual led workshop is delivered over consecutive 2 days in 4 hour sessions.
