In this course, you will learn about Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation and take a deep dive into two additional approaches for evaluation: return on investment (ROI) analysis and transfer climate analysis. After covering each of these evaluation methods, you will learn when each is most appropriate, how and when to gather or measure your data, how to conduct data analysis, how to interpret your data, and how to report your results.
This virtual led workshop is delivered over consecutive 2 days in 4 hour sessions.
