All leaders know that what they say is just as important as how they say it – they also know that communication is a critical tool for effective leadership. The best communication focus on a single, clear, and audience-centered message that is supported with the right amount of information. This module takes the guesswork out of this process by introducing participants to the Leader’s Script – a simple structure that leaders can follow when planning any communication in which they seek to influence, inspire, and drive action.
