Course description

Communicating in the Virtual World

By now, your individuals and leaders have probably settled into working remotely to some extent. They've accepted the new norms, adopted the use of multiple communication channels, and learned what it means to listen, speak, and lead through digital channels. But the bigger question is, are they doing it well? At this point, your team members may benefit from a chance to regroup and upskill as we move out of survival mode and into acceptance of the "new normal."

In Communicating in the Virtual World, your remote employees and leaders will learn highly relevant skills and tools they can use to understand their communication habits, intentionally develop relationships, communicate using the right medium, structure virtual meetings, and develop their presence. The learning experience uses a blend of self-directed learning via an online platform, live facilitator-led sessions, and practice assignments, to bring the learning to life and build confidence in every learner that they can, and will, successfully adapt to this new way of working and leading.
