Leadership Development (E-learning) SMART Resilient Teams™ - Team Effectiveness
Creating a safe "psychological space" is the #1 ingredient needed to create an ideal team that exhibits leadership qualities. This lesson focuses on listening, in balance with speaking and asking, in order to understand and the skills of reflecting emotions and summarizing facts.
This lesson also covers why and how to surface “Undiscussables,” the things people think and feel and do not feel safe saying. When people in an organization exhibit leadership skills, they put the needs of the collective first. As a result, productivity soars.
Here, you will also learn about the Shared Interest Model, which helps teams hold effective conversations that: encourage all perspectives are heard, promote shared understanding, identify common ground, and create a shared strategy and a practical action plan.
Finally, you will explore the concept: “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Here, we revisit the value of diverse ideas and perspectives to the team, leadership, and the organization.
