Or communicating even the smallest task feels like it takes more energy than it would if you just completed it yourself.

This one-day Breakthrough Conversations workshop utilizes improv-based experiential learning techniques to create an environment for teams and companies to address the root of conflict in a healthy, fun way. Participants will gain the tools and communication techniques to spot potential conflict and bring it to a swift end.

On Your Feet workshops and keynote programs are highly customized to meet specific company needs. Fees vary depending on the amount of design required as well as delivery specifications. All workshops are delivered by at least two facilitators. OYF has its global headquarters in Portland, OR. Courses booked within 50 miles of Portland, therefore, usually don't incur travel and lodging expenses for facilitators.
