Course description

CM2-05 The Complexities of Lifecycle Sustainment

The Complexities of Lifecycle Sustainment (CM2-05) is the fifth course in our CM2 enterprise change and configuration management series. CM2-05 introduces critical additions to the process flows and roles previously defined in the CM2 process. These additions are critical to the management of the Digital Thread and visibility of the Digital Twin in the Integrated Logistics Support lifecycle phase (operation and maintenance).

A course certificate is awarded upon completion. CM2 courses are eligible for CEUs from Purdue University.

Course delivery details

Public In-Person Course Details:

Public in-person courses are 2-days each and are provided at key locations across the United States. Start and end times for the course are the local time. Students will be responsible for finding and booking their own lodging.

Public Virtual Instructor-Led Course Details:

Virtual courses will be administered real-time through Zoom. Courses are provided in 2 full-day and 4 half-day (AM or PM) formats. Digital course manual is provided with the option to purchase a printed copy. Start and end times for the courses are Eastern Time.

Online Self-Paced Course Details:

All online courses are self-paced, pre-recorded lessons offered on our new, innovative learning platform the IDEA Academy. Each course takes approximately 16 hours to complete. Students post to discussion boards and submit workshops to a live instructor who is available for questions and guidance

Onsite Course Details:

Group courses can be provided for teams with as few as five members. Bring your team together in person or via an online meeting platform of your choice for team building and tailored discussions on issues facing your company. Each course will be provided on your schedule.
