Emotional Intelligence for Leaders
The Emotional Intelligence for Leaders program is designed for both Front-Line Leaders and Leaders of Leaders, offering an engaging and interactive training experience. Through this program, leaders are equipped with the tools to improve their communication and interactions with co-workers, colleagues, customers, and management by leveraging emotional intelligence (EI). The training involves various self-assessments, personal reflection, group activities, scenario role-playing, and interactive classroom discussions. To navigate them successfully, participants gain exposure to and practice using EI in various social and professional situations and settings. The program uses the EQ-i2.0® Model to help participants become more effective leaders by applying emotional intelligence. This activity-based program provides multiple opportunities for participants to apply EI skills to interpersonal work situations, which helps to cultivate empathy, flexibility, effective collaboration, and improved decision-making skills.
