Coaching Package Includes:
- Partnering with a certified leadership coach
- Leadership Circle 360-degree feedback survey and printed report
- Enneagram Leadership Profile self-assessment and printed report
- 12 hours of leadership coaching. Includes a 2-3 hour coaching intensive to debrief survey results and lay the foundation for coaching
- Creation of a coaching development plan
- Optional: Calls with the boss and key stakeholders to gather additional feedback
- Additional tools, materials, and resources provided based on your specific development need
