Training content
This program is divided into four separate two-day courses:
Course 1: Broadening Your Lens: An Essential Diversity & Inclusion Primer
This course provides a comprehensive overview of the global business environment with an emphasis on matters related to D&I and the impact on today's organizations.
Course 2: Mastering Inclusive Leadership: Effective Management of D&I Talent
This course examines various methods, tools and strategies to facilitate the successful recruitment, onboarding, development and retention of diverse talent through an inclusive lens.
Course 3: Moving the Needle Forward: Successfully Advancing a Diversity and Inclusion Strategy
This course is designed to guide participants through the process of identifying a current D&I issue in their present organization and crafting a suitable strategic initiative to address the identified concern.
course 4: What's on the Horizon? Examining Emerging Trends in Diversity and Inclusion
In this course, participants gain an awareness of key trends in the global business environment and the impact on organization performance.

- Regular certificate tuition: $6,000/participant
