Positive Leadership
Leadership evolves, and in today's context, we must be much more conscious of how we manage our employees and how they view us. We will lose our staff and struggle to compete in a changing environment unless we shift away from a command & control leadership style where it exists.
Managers and supervisors will require strong leadership abilities to avoid turmoil when there is much ambiguity and little consensus. It's critical to understand the concept of change and how people and their expectations have evolved through time as a manager or supervisor of a group of individuals.
In this training, participants will learn how to understand the concept of change and how positive leadership can help in times of uncertainty.
