This session explores the value of optimal experience, described as Flow by psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, author of the book by the same name. Achieving Flow focuses attention and enhances performance on what’s important, accelerates learning, generates creativity, and elevates overall satisfaction with the work.
