The one-day Developing High Performance Teams course is an instructor facilitated session that is designed to provide participants with the tools and hands-on experience needed to build and manage teams.
During this course participants will be given a presentation, videos, and interactive exercises to help them learn team-building knowledge, skills and motivation that they can apply to their workplaces.
