We can certify your internal ambassadors, coaches, leaders and trainers to use our unique, fully integrated Innovation Enablement framework. Or, if you’re part of a consulting or training firm, you can be certified to draw from our framework to boost your firm’s service offerings.
A VCI Practitioner is a person who is certified to consult, facilitate, teach, train or coach others in learning and applying the business innovation resources offered by Values Centered Innovation. When you are Certified as a VCI Practitioner, your internal or external clients will know you have a recognized competency to enable innovation.
You can use our certification training to build innovation competencies for individuals, groups and organizations. Our framework covers the essential knowledge and skills for a universal language for innovation, creativity, innovative thinking, the innovation process, climate and culture for innovation, and human values that inspire our best work.
