The Enneagram is an ancient way of mapping the unique ways that humans make sense of the world and navigate through it. The Enneagram for team workshop disrupts unconscious, reactive ways of working by providing highly accurate insights that support people in operating at their best.
In this interactive session, participants will:
- Understand themselves in new ways
- See and understand others with more clarity and understanding
- Develop deeper compassion and empathy for patterns of behavior that differ from their own
- Explore ways of communicating, collaborating and disagreeing that deepen relationship and improve results
