This course will teach you the core principles of Lean enterprise blended with the Theory of Constraints so that you can build a total business strategy that focuses on customers, processes, and people. It is intended for COOs down to plant managers who see the need to minimize waste and maximize flow not only in their manufacturing processes, but across the enterprise.
