Speaking as a Leader
Without communication, how effective would your leaders be? Leaders need to be able to effectively communicate in nearly every aspect of their job. From difficult conversations to company-wide meetings, to unexpected discussions in the break room over a cup of coffee, your leaders need to be equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to communicate with clarity, conviction, and influence.
In Speaking as a Leader, we'll equip your leaders with exactly that. They will walk away with the knowledge of what makes communication effective, as well as actionable tools to put that knowledge into practice. But it doesn't stop there, as this learning experience dedicates time in each module to learning by doing. During this time, your leaders will work with their facilitator and peers to practice crafting messages and delivering them and then implementing that feedback in-the-moment. Needless to say, it's not your ordinary learning experience.
