Emotional Intelligence Train the Trainer (Online)
Teach others the Emotional Connection (EmC) process - the next level of emotional intelligence (EmC Master Class prerequisite required).
The Emotional Connection (EmC) process is the next level of emotional intelligence that will empower you to take your emotional connection skills to the next level.
In the EmC Train the Trainer Course, you will master new EmC Tools, learn to run reconnection sessions for team members in conflict and practice using advanced emotional connection techniques.
You will complete a series of Team Training exercises to prepare you to train others to use the EmC process. You will have access to Live EmC Training Sessions, which include demonstration video clips with detailed analysis and so much more!
Exclusive EmC Trainer Resources are included that will empower you to facilitate workshops and conduct EmC facilitated sessions in the workplace with confidence.
The EmC Train the Trainer Course includes:
- Four (4) full video sessions
