The service Anthony provided to the Office of Human Rights was invaluable. Before I arrived, there were stated Core Values, but no one could say how they were derived and certainly none participated in the process. As stressed during the leadership institute, Core Values must be something that all agree upon and have a say in what those values...
During our offsite to develop our organizational core values, Anthony ensured all of our team mates felt heard. We discussed the values each of us found the most important and with Anthony’s assistance, ranked them in order of importance. From that thorough process, we were able to give voice to our agreed upon top core values.
