CM2-10 Autonomous and Adaptive Interoperability (CM2 Overview) (On-site)
It’s imperative that the leadership within an organization fully understand the root causes for quality, schedule, and cost problems reside in the domain of CM. With CM2, CM is given an enterprise-wide perspective. This course will show how application of proper configuration and change controls defined by CM2 principles can expand the scope of CM to include all information that could impact finance, quality, schedule, field support, customer experience, new product intro (NPI), and more.
