CM2-02 Requirements and the CM2 Baseline

Essential considerations for data management & proper PLM visibility and traceability through dataset standardization.

Requirements and the CM2 Baseline (CM2-02) is the second course in our CM2 enterprise change and configuration management series. CM2-02 focuses on the foundational elements of requirements management including the structuring and ownership of all product, solution, and business requirements. It will detail the first steps in the creation of the Digital Thread - the concept and development phases of any project.

A course certificate is awarded upon completion. CM2 courses are eligible for CEUs from Purdue University.

Public In-Person Course Details:

Public in-person courses are 2-days each and are provided at key locations across the United States. Start and end times for the course are the local time. Students will be responsible for finding and booking their own lodging.

Public Virtual Instructor-Led Course Details:

Virtual courses will be administered real-time through Zoom. Courses are provided in 2 full-day and 4 half-day (AM or PM) formats. Digital course manual is provided with the option to purchase a printed copy. Start and end times for the courses are Eastern Time.

Online Self-Paced Course Details:

All online courses are self-paced, pre-recorded lessons offered on our new, innovative learning platform the IDEA Academy. Each course takes approximately 16 hours to complete. Students post to discussion boards and submit workshops to a live instructor who is available for questions and guidance

Onsite Course Details:
