Strategic Thinking and Business Planning
The Strategy Thinking and Business Planning training program is tailored for Front-Line Leaders and Leaders of Leaders. It can be utilized before a business's strategic planning process or be integrated into it, with leaders working on their real business plan during the program's pre-work and three workshop sessions. The scheduling of the sessions and activities between sessions can be customized to align with the business planning cycle. Through this program, leaders acquire strategic thinking tools and techniques to tackle present and future business challenges.
